Apartment 4 is on the second floor on the left and is 650 sq. ft.
The most interesting feature of this apartment is the large bathroom. Our apartment building was at one time a large one family home and this is the orginal bathroom. There is a large closet with wire shelving in the bathroom.
A full size washer and dryer is in the bath room.
The kitchen has a full size stove and a microwave. All kitchen utensils are included.
There is a small table and chairs in the corner of the kitchen.
Remote control ceiling fans with lighting and air-conditioning window units are in both the living room and bedroom. A self-controlled thermostat controls the gas radiant heating in the unit.
Laminate wood flooring covers the kitchen, living room, bedroom and all closet floors. Tile covers the bathroom floor.
The bright living room features a non-working fireplace, sofa, two side tables with lamps, coffee table, recliner, desk, and a smart TV. There is a second closet in the living room for more storage.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with bedside tables, a dresser and window darkening shades and curtains for folks working a night shift needing to sleep during the day.
