Apartment 2 is on the first floor to the left. It is approximately 550 sq. ft. in size with one bedroom.

The entrance is in to the living room where you will feel right at home. A large window with stained glass above it, built in corner cabinet and decorative ceiling make the room very comfortable.

A large closet in the living room provides lots of storage space.

The kitchen has a full size stove and microwave. A small table provides extra counter space or a cozy breakfast area.

The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has ample closet space. If you work the night shift and need to sleep during the day there are darkening shades on all the bedroom windows.

The apartment is fullly furnished. All utilities, cable and wirless internet are included.

Laundry facilities are available on site at no additional charge.

The rent is $1250/mo.
