Apartment 2 is on the first floor to the left. It is approximately 550 sq. ft. in size with one bedroom.
The entrance is into the living room where you will feel right at home. A large window with stained glass above it, built in corner cabinet, coffered ceiling with lighted ceiling fan make the room very comfortable. There is wireless internet and a smart tv.
A large closet in the living room provides lots of storage space.
The kitchen has a refridgerator, stove and microwave. A small table provides extra counter space or a cozy breakfast area.
The kitchen includes cabinets as well as an built-in linen closet/pantry with shelving and drawers.
Because the apartement is small there is no washer and dryer however there is one in the basement.
There is laminate wood flooring throughout.
The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has a large closet for ample storage. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, bedside table and dresser, desk and chair.
If you work the night shift and need to sleep during the day there are darkening shades on all the bedroom windows.
